Shipping Options and Destinations

All orders within the USA ship via the U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation at no extra charge. Tracking is NOT available. Shipping charges are dependent upon the weight of the package and the location is being shipped to. If you require a different service, please contact us.

Non Mainland and APO/FPO Customers: Our shopping cart is set up to provide a Shipping quote via postal service. In certain instances, our cart may not be able to quote Shipping for U.S. possessions and territories. If the quote does not cover the actual Shipping costs, we will notify customers of additional mail charges before the order ships and ask for the disbursement of additional funds.  We do not accept cancellations because you do not agree with final Shipping costs.

Orders outside the USA, ship via the U.S. Postal Service Air Mail or Global Express. Extra shipping charges may apply to your order. Our shopping cart is set up to provide a Shipping quote via U.S. Postal Service, but there’s always the possibility that quote may not be correct to the penny. We won't know exactly how much Shipping charges will actually be until the order is packed and weighed. Customer is responsible for additional insurance fee as well, if insurance desired. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier, proven by the email you will receive with the shipping label number. On the international orders, all duties and taxes (if any) as well as customs fees (if any) are Buyer’s responsibility. Please refer to “Prices” for further details.

ThePerfumeOilShop.com uses Authorize.net as our secure credit card processor. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards and Debit Cards.

Due to the amount of online fraud, we can only ship to the matching billing address of the credit card used. We understand sometimes orders need to be shipped to a different address. In that case, as well as for International or Domestic cards that do not participate in the Address Verification System please contact us for payment method.

Processing Time

We are aware that you would like the ordered items as soon as possible. Once your payment has been received, we will process your order in 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received after 5 p.m. EST Friday, will be shipped the following week, same day payment is received.

Delivery Time

The elapsed time between placing your order and receiving it depends on several factors including when it was placed; when we processed it; packing and shipping; and, carrier transit time.

Delays

If your order is delayed for any reason and we are not able to ship your order within ten (10) days we will contact you and give you the option to cancel the order.

Shipping Address

It is vital that you enter all the correct details for your shipping address. Any charges for address corrections will be passed on to the customer if the address is incorrect in any way. The shopping cart does give you a chance to review your entire order including the address before you check out. Please take that time to ensure your details are correct.
